CHRISTIAN CAPEZZA
Christian Capezza is Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at University of Naples Federico II (UNINA). He is researcher in Statistics for Experimental and Technological Research. The objective of his research project is the development of interpretable statistical methods for sustainable mobility. His research interests include analysis of big and complex data in engineering fields, statistical process monitoring based on functional data analysis, with applications to ship fuel consumption monitoring and generalized additive models for electricity demand forecasting with smart meter data. He has co-authored more than 10 journal papers and 10 conference papers/book chapters. He is member of ENBIS, SIS, QSR, INFORMS, YSE. He is leader of the Young Statisticians special interest group of ENBIS, in 2020/21 he was member of the board of young SIS.
