Academic Activity

He graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Naples and enabled the engineering profession with the highest grades.

• Research Assistant role and volunteer assistant at the Institute of Machine Design , University of Naples in 1967 .
• At the same University, Professor of Design in the academic years 1975-76 , 1976-77 , 1977-78;
• Professor of Machine Design stabilized in the academic years from 1978-79 to 1985-86;
• Associate Professor of Drawing II ( Mechanical ) from the academic year 1986-87 to 1989-90;
• From the academic year 1990-91, Professor at full time full of "Computer Aided Design" at the Department of Planning and Industrial Management, University of Naples Federico II;
• Adjunct professor of "Aerospace Technical Design" at the Faculty of Engineering of the Second University of Naples, home of Aversa.

Scientific Activities

Author and co-author of over one hundred scientific and technical monographs and nore in print , published in international journals or presented at international conferences on the topics of Industrial Design, Drawing and Machine Design, Theoretical and Experimental Analysis of static strength and fatigue strength of materials, organs and mechanical systems, Computer Assisted design and optimal use of interactive systems design - production.

There are numerous publications produced as a result of collaboration or research agreements with industry and research institutions of national importance such as Alfa - Romeo Cars SpA , Centro Ricerche Fiat, Ansaldo SpA , Olivetti OCN Spa, Merisinter SpA , Elasis SCpA Firema Trasporti SpA , Comau, Alenia Aeronautica, Cira.
