HEROBOTS
HEROBOTS develops soft robotic solutions to enable remote applications in hazardous environments. In particular, HEROBOTS develops HEROSUITE, a software suite that can be used for modeling, simulation, planning and control of robotic systems with flexible elements. From the product development point of view, HEROBOTS develops HEROARM, a class of long-reach robots with electric, tendon-driven and pneumatic actuation to enable inspection and maintenance in difficult-to-reach and hazardous environments.
